By accessing launchstatic.dev or downloading our materials, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").

LaunchStatic provides free static HTML templates, demos, deployment guides, blog content, and optional paid template packs or custom build services.

2. Template use conditions

Free templates (MIT License)

Files in /downloads/ and /demos/ are MIT-licensed unless marked otherwise. You may:

Blog posts, marketing copy, and site CSS are not MIT-licensed. Do not scrape or republish as your own content farm.

4. Intellectual property

LaunchStatic name, logo styling, and site design are our IP. Third-party trademarks mentioned in guides belong to their owners. You are responsible for ensuring your deployed site does not infringe others' marks or copyrights.

5. Service changes

We may add, modify, or remove templates, pages, pricing, or features at any time without notice. MIT files you already downloaded remain under MIT. Paid license terms at time of purchase control those files.

6. No warranty

THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free templates, compatibility with every host, or any business outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHSTATIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

8. Third-party platforms

Guides reference Cloudflare, GitHub, Google AdSense, and others. You must verify each platform's current terms and policies yourself. We are not responsible for their changes or enforcement actions against your account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
