Legal pages checklist for static indie sites

Minimum set

- Terms of Use — License for your templates/content, prohibited use, liability cap
- Disclaimer — No professional advice, no results guarantee, fictional demo data
- Cookie Notice — Required if you run analytics or AdSense; explain opt-out
- Contact + DMCA email — Operational trust signal for users and ad reviewers
AdSense-specific
- Describe third-party advertising cookies before enabling the AdSense script
- Link to Google's ad personalization opt-out
- Do not claim "guaranteed AdSense approval" — Google prohibits misleading claims
- Maintain substantial original content (guides, not just a single landing)
