What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember preferences, measure traffic, or display relevant ads.
Cookies we use today
Google Analytics 4 — After you click Accept on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referrers, device types). We configure IP anonymization and do not enable ad personalization signals in GA4. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Strictly necessary — Cloudflare may use cookies or similar identifiers for security, bot management, and CDN performance. See Cloudflare's cookie policy.
Local storage — We store ls-cookie-ok when you accept analytics so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
We do not run Meta Pixel or other marketing pixels today.
Future advertising cookies (Google AdSense)
If we enable Google AdSense or other third-party advertising, those partners may set cookies to:
- Deliver and measure ads
- Limit how often you see an ad
- Detect fraud and abuse
- Personalize ads based on prior visits (where permitted by law)
Third-party ad cookies are governed by the respective vendor's policies, including Google's advertising policies.
We will update this page and request consent where required before enabling personalized advertising in jurisdictions that mandate opt-in (e.g., EEA, UK).
How to block or opt out
- Browser settings — Block third-party cookies or clear cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge settings.
- Google Ads Settings — Manage personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
- NAI / EDAA opt-out — US: optout.networkadvertising.org. EU: youronlinechoices.eu.
- Do Not Track — We do not override browser DNT signals today. If we add analytics or ads, we will document our response here.
Your templates
If you deploy LaunchStatic templates on your own domain and add analytics or AdSense, you are responsible for cookie disclosure and consent on your site.
